Your staff were AMAZING. Our experience at an early breakfast (6.30am) was horrible- rude patrons with no respect for anyone else. Breakfast at 9am - an absolute delight - we didn't have to barge or fight for food - patrons were very respectful.

Warm welcome student travel guy was fab but another lady took over saying he's still learning. I think he was doing well. Comfy rooms though bed moved away from wall when you sat on it and really needed a second Comfy chair
