Have stayed with you guys before and always love it, the service is always lovely. The only downfall is having no drinking water available, Having to put the bathroom water into my jug to boil water was okay but if you wanted a cold drink there was nothing available, not even a vending machine, correct me if I’m wrong but my partner was told by reception that we’d have to go somewhere to buy it which was frustrating because I was dying of thirst in the middle of the night/early morning so a suggestion would be to either have a water cooler available or a vending machine in reception area. Otherwise loved my stay, great location, central to everything.

If you are looking for a well located, clean and no frills place, this will tick the box. Don't expect the reception phone to ever ben answered. If a big crowd is checking in, you have a wait as there are only two people on the desk. Overall you get a little more than than you paid for, but not much.
