The rooms are beautiful and the staff is very kind and helpful. However, the walls are very thin and one gets easily woken up by the noise from neighbouring rooms or the corridor. And the breakfast wasn't great either: the warm food was eaten up by guests quite fast and never replaced. Also, there were only few options for people who are lactose intolerant.

The hotel is clean, bed was good but breakfast not much choices. The staffs was friendly and polite. Hotel location is good which is nearby the central and attractions and near the metro. Lots of choices of foods and shops.

Great location and wonderful neighborhood. The staff was super helpful (I arrived before the actual check-in time) and I was able to check in early. You can check your luggage with the front desk so that if your room is not ready (or you need to stow after check out), you can leave your bags and enjoy some time on the town. The location is amazing and perfect. I can say - objects on the map are way closer than they appear. And the subway, tram system is efficient and easy to use. On to the room - If you're American - the room itself can feel a little small. No actual closet to store your bags, nor drawers to unpack your bag. But ya know - it's ok to live out of the suitcase sometimes. The shower is fantastic (great pressure and lots of hot water) - the mini-bar (which has two types of water, two Cokes and delicious orange juice) was great. The Nespresso (not something overly common in the US) was WONDERFUL. The air conditioning worked well and held it's own (it was into the 80's when we were there for our visit). Big giant window that could be opened to let in fresh air. The hotel supplies soap, lotions, haircare and the cutest toothbrush/toothpaste kit. The attached bar and restaurant was a very nice amenity. The bartender Arah (spelling may be wrong) was delightful and we enjoyed conversing with him. There are a few superficial items - but it really didn't detract from our stay overall. And YES - we'd stay there again!
