As a regular guest, I would like to say that the hotel has its pros and cons, something could have been renovated, breakfasts could have been more varied. But people who work here will definitely compensate for all these minor things, they are friendly, welcoming and they make you feel at home. One of the major improvements that we were really pleased with was the work of the animation team. The activities in Mercure have never been this well organised and planned, guests are really involved all the time, everyone can choose something they like and, what is even more important, they are never pushy or overwhelming. Big appreciation to Mo Salah for his great work, he puts a lot of effort into everything that is going on and makes people really enjoy quality entertainment.

Just returned from a fabulous family holiday. We were so impressed with the Mercure, fantastic value for money, great hotel for families, nothing was too much trouble. The animation team led by Mo work tirelessly to entertain, so many activities on offer, we loved the vibe by the pool. Snorkelling off the beach was awesome and the sea and pool temps were perfect. The housekeeping team are so friendly, make towel creations each day, tidying rooms and leaving water each day. The food was delicious, the kitchen and restaurants are absolutely spotless, food can get a little repetitive but that’s only because we are a little fussy, the food was excellent. We would recommend to anyone 10/10 for a great hotel with brilliant, friendly and helpful staff.

Returned again to this hotel, after 5 years. The most beautiful beach in Hurghada. The hotel has an atmosphere of relaxation and good time. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Animators are communicative and create an atmosphere of "holiday"

Really nice Hotel. Not so big, not too many people. Food is good arabic food. Heated Pool was available. Kind animation team. For the service at the main restaurant, there is some space for improvement. They are very kind guys, but could be a little bit faster. Rooms are clean and nice with a good view to the sea. Could be a better internet range

The Food in the Restaurant is somtimes OK and sometimes horrible (It always looks good, but is not tasty). Spices are sometimes completly missing (even salt). After two days you get mainly the same. Not cooked (raw) Caneloni were our highlight. The Beachvolleyballfield dosent deserve the name. Bad net, grass on the field, not enought sand, water from the sprinkler.... The reception was friendly and we already agreed to give them a tip. But when we left and left our outside towels at the room, they asked us to get them cause we have to give them back or will be charged...this is absolutly not OK for a 4* Hotel.
