Everything was great except for the room service. Stayed for 7 nights and the room was finally serviced on day 6.

the room is not soundproof, the room not cleaned every day, clean bathroom, clean bed. the location of the hotel is good.

It takes too much time for check in and out as only one receptionist worked. No room upgrade for Platinum member.

I was disappointed with the size of the room, it was very tiny for 3 people. Not that comfortable to move around in, especially the bathroom. The lighting was very dim. I must say the mattress was the worst I've ever slept on, massive springs digging into me at every turn. 😣 Staff were lovely and helpful.

We were not happy that a staff member (had a badge) knocked on our door unannounced in the evening to ask our name.
