Perfect location for a layover stay

Excellent location only 10 mins away from the airport. Bar and kitchen in the lobby was very nice. There’s a park nearby if you need fresh air and shops and cafe on the surrounds. Staff were lovely and service was excellent.

Well located but service was not great

We booked two 'day rooms' - check in was quite difficult, with the credit card being swiped twice, apparently for the two rooms, and also an argument about my husband being able to check in without me present (I was at hospital with our daughter). When we checked out, there was confusion about what had been paid for and what hadn't, with one room apparently paid and the other outstanding. I was supposed to receive a call to explain what was outstanding, never did, and the outstanding amount was just charged. The hotel itself is well located, walking distance to the park, restaurants and shops, as well as the airport. The rooms were fairly standard, although could be better equipped with some basic cutlery (there was water and wine glasses, no cutlery or even a saucer).
