I am a regular at Mercure Liverpool. I know I can always rely on the quality of the accommodation and the excellent customer service. The easy access to the Liverpool Catholic Club is an added bonus. The only issue I’d like to draw to the attention of the Mercure management is the lack of dedicated hotel parking spaces. Given the popularity of the Catholic Club function rooms and restaurants, it is often difficult as a paying hotel guest to find a parking space on weekends. Perhaps management could consider identifying some dedicated parking spaces for hotel guests only.
