Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Smallish rooms but perfectly adequate. Nice breakfast. Ideally situated for central Paris and Gare du Nord. Poor satellite TV service - should offer many more channels.

Ne… Couples - Confirmed reviews ALL

On reception we were greeted with a warm welcome by a lady who was clearly fluent in multiple languages. She made us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Checkin was seemless and our room, while small, was delightful and clean. Towels were refreshed daily and extra towels were made available when requested. There was alway someone at the front desk available to take our call and to greet on return. I also forgot my power adapter and thankfully the hotel had a selection to choose from. Checkout was also seamless. I'll gladly stay again at Mercure on my next visit to Paris and would recommend it to other visitors.
