The location of the hotel in walking distance from Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station was ideal for us as we arrived by Flixbus at this station. Amsterdam City Centre / Central Station is reachable in 20 min by local bus line 22. The room was very large with a nice view from the window, but the mattress in our twin bed was a little worn. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent, one of the best I've ever had, with freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious Cappuccinos and a huge variety of food. The staff was very friendly, it was no problem to leave one of our suitcases in the luggage room for 2 days after our stay while we did a mini-cruise to Newcastle.

Very pleasant hotel stay with all needed, very convenient right next to the railway station and 15min from the airport. Breakfast was absolutely excellent with great quality food and choices, nice view from the 8th floor restaurant.

The staff were professional and friendly, otherwise, I wouldn't have given 7 points. The room wasn't perfectly clean, the shower gel bottle was empty, the walls were paper-thin, so even the smallest noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms could be heard

Good day, I stayed at the hotel April 24th to April 30th. The staff is very nice. The issue is on mY second morning there I noticed bites on my left shoulder and saw bed bug in the bed! I was changed to a different room. I was unable to sleep in the new bed as I do know bed bugs are not confined to one room and based on reviews I have read the hotel has bed bugs. So I had to sleep sitting up in a chair for 4 nights! I had 3 hours of sleep only each night ..maybe 3 hours. I came home exhausted! I had to take off all of my clothes at the front door of my home and put in garbage bags. Also the clothes and luggage are in garbage bags outside and will be there at least 1 week. I am afraid one will come to my home! I request at least half refund for this stay as my stay was not pleasant! My body is aching from now having proper rest on this vacation! When I was leaving I did see 2 pest control people coming down in elevator I guess they treated somewhere.
