Very nice hotel and comfy room, facilities is very nice, out door pool and the Bar 8th floor has a nice view very recommend, the breakfast was so nice different foods local and western. Very recommend hotel for vacation or business, the have meeting rooms and ballroom

I stayed in Mercure Cikini for staycation during Eid holiday. The experience was started even just booking, when Adnan contacted me and confirming on my arrival, and explained the facility that would be provided to me. Check in process was very smooth and Eviana as the front office manager welcomed me in person. The room was prepared to my liking, with air con has been turned on. Wifi was good and smart tv was very appreciated in recent days so i can watch netflix easily. Breakfast process was smooth, thank you for all the restaurant team who prepared for my table and my drink selection. Breakfast option was good but improvement still can be made. Overall it was a great stay, and thank you to the team for welcoming me. Looking forward to come back and stay at Mercure Cikini

1.Receptionist very welcome.(check in) 2.feel special ,got room upgraded & free breakfast. 3. Breakfast experience. 3.1 taste ok 3.2 service - no /less waitress, some of the customer ate directly from the counter and put it back the cheese to the counter.(salad counter). This is very unpleasant experience 4. Checkout 4.1 want to try welcome drink. First i tried on the lvl 8 bar on the swimming pool as suggested when i check in. No one there. Then i went down to the restaurant, also no one standby at the bar. (Bad experience) 4.2 parking. My car hadnt registered for free parking, which i already requested when i check in.

It was excellent experience for my family specially for my kids, they are so happy playing in the kidz area and with cooking class. The room was clean & food was so delicious. We love it. Just small thing to be improve is the guy who standby in the omelet area no smile, no enthusiasm to serve the guest. when i asked him, he's like so lazy to answer it, but thats ok. I hope all the staff knows what accor value are and how to implement it. And also thank you to mbk fannie, shes so kind and helpfull.thank you mjc we'll be back.

I had very great time during the breakfast because the staff was helpful and kind. He actively helped to clean up the table to make sure the table was not messy, also really kind to help my mother to get the juice though the restaurant was about to close in 15 mins.
