We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your stay and that you faced some issues with the room temperature, the room size, and the breakfast quality. We would like to inform you that at our hotel, we do offer different room types that suit our guests’ needs and preferences, and they vary in size, amenities, and price. We have checked your booking and you have been allocated the correct room type that you have booked, which was the most affordable option available at the time. However, we understand that some rooms may not meet your expectations and we are always happy to assist you with finding a more suitable room, subject to availability and additional charges. Regarding the heating, we apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort caused by the cold room. We have 24-hour front desk service and if you could not manage to operate the air conditioning unit, you could have brought this to our front desk team’s attention and they could have helped you immediately. We have also checked and fixed the air conditioning units in all our rooms to ensure they are working properly. We are also disappointed to hear that you did not enjoy our breakfast, which we strive to provide a variety of delicious and nutritious options for our guests.
