Ich hatte das Mercure in Kamen gebucht, um den horrenden Hotelpreisen in Dortmund im Rahmen eines BVB-Heimspiels zu entgehen. Das war kein Fehler. Das Hotel ist großzügig angelegt mit Nähe zu einer Auffahrt auf die A1 nach Dortmund. Das Umfeld ist nicht städtisch, sondern von der Nachbarschaft zu Möbel- und Gartenmarktzentren geprägt. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und hell. Die Handtücher waren nicht die Neuesten. Parkplatz direkt am Hotel kostete 15 €/Nacht. Schön war, dass die Bar für die Fußballfans bis ca. 23 Uhr geöffnet blieb.

Vraiment tres tres déçu Le pire hotel mercure que j ai fait Pas propre: Cafetière pas vidée depuis l'ancien occupant. Les vieilles capsules nespresso presente dans la machine. La poubelle salle avec traces au sol pas propre , pas nettoyé pendant les 3 jours Le pire: le lit mal fait, l'alèse mise n'importe comment, obligé de refaire le lit Et la surprise le mattelas est taché de sang Oblige de le retourner et de refaire tout le lot C est sale !! Et pour couronner le tout: pas de WIFI dispo J ai demande le wifi mercure. On m'a dit ca ne marche pas. On m'a donné un reseau wifi avec un code inaccessible depuis ma chambre. Pour le business, obligé d'aller dans le lobby pour travailler au froid!!! Inacceptable !! Pour un mercure . Aucune solution proposée. Le reception s'en moque. Dernier detail: statut limitless, pas de boisson de bienvenue proposé. Obligé de demander le voucher a la reception. Tout simplement pas au niveau des Mercure et du groupe Accor.

Omdat wij op onze leeftijd niet meer in bad kunnen douchen, upgrade gekregen naar kamer met douche. Wat een service! Heerlijke douche, uitstekende bedden, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, goede kok, vriendelijk personeel. Minpuntjes: broodjes waren aan de taaie kant en parkeren is duur (€12 per dag), maar wij hebben buiten geparkeerd. De stoel op de kamer was leuk en modern maar zat niet echt lekker.

I must admit I’m shocked at how good this place is. Located by everything you need. Easy to find and huge amount off parking The rooms well standard as most hotel but so clean and so comfortable. The staff really work hard to keep on top off it all. The staff are good here easy to talk to and helpful. So yes I would recommend staying here Close to motorways and has an ikea next door so you can get things for the house Great place and will be back

A convenient modern hotel in Unna, 20km East of Dortmund, near to motorways. It is clean and the bedrooms are good. The breakfast is very good, although the coffee is poor. The hotel has a bar and a restaurant with a limited menu. Car parking is 12 Euros a night - easier to pay for a ticket for your stay at reception, rather than using the parking machine outside.
