Beautiful location, the staff were outstanding, very very friendly. Couple of minor suggestions. ... We were only given half a toilet roll so had to go to reception to ask for more. Also when you have such a beautiful deck to sit out on, it would be good to give guests more than one blanket. But otherwise everything was fantastic. The pool area was lovely. And the deck area outside the restaurant was a beautiful place to sit and relax. Lauren on reception was so friendly and welcoming, and the general manager who drove us to our room was great.... Really nice personal service.

A very comfortable room. Great bed. Loved the heated floor tiles in the bathroom. Our requests were dealt with very quickly. We wanted some time to rest and recover and did this very easily.Enjoyed and appreciated our social interaction and discussion with Rajit and other Accor Group members. The help from staff was without fault....reliable, friendly and very happy. They certainly enhanced our experience.

We have not been back to New Zealand since 2009 when we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, so in 2024, our 40th Wedding anniversary (December) was reasonable "excuse" to come back!
