A very worn hotel reminiscent of a 1990s university dormitory. Old fixtures, peeling Formica, two tv channels. Road noise awful. I’ve given three stars as the staff were pleasant but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again

Wonderful customer service. The people in reception were very helpful at all times

It has many good points (location, parking, open 24 hours) but this time we had a very uncomfortable bed.

We have stayed with you many times because of your location, your parking, open 24 hours, and especially your very large comfortable beds. But this time (room 237 I think) the bed was only a queen size (not a large size) and was like a boat rocking on the water every time someone moved even a little bit. Very uncomfortable. Also, the wifi kept on cutting out. We will stay again, but I know to ask for a large, firm bed next time.
