I stayed for three nights as part of a training group attending seminars in the Panthers function rooms. I found the hotel clean and the staff very friendly. I have family that are in housekeeping so know what to look for in good housekeeping and I would rate it 10/10. I also forgot my room number on the first night after dinner, and the staff were happy to help provide me the information.

No floormat in the bathroom which the shower fitting was leaking with water spraying up on the roof ensuring the tiled area was extremely wet and dangerous No liner in the rubbish bin Upon checkout it was Thanks for letting us know that's it This experience would not make me rebook again in the near future
