How can I use my Rewards points?

Once you've earned 2,000 Rewards points, you can:

Use them in the AccorHotels hotels participating in the loyalty programme to pay for part of your hotel bill:

• Directly online by logging onto your online account
• At hotel Reception, during your stay or when checking-out
• Over the phone, by simply telling our Customer Care Advisor you wish to book with your points.

Convert them into "pleasurable moments" and:

• Book a Dream Stay: package stays in participating hotels only accessible with points and reserved exclusively for our very best customers.
• Live our Elite Experiences: sports tournaments or cultural events reserved for our best customers.
• Attend events in the Le Club AccorHotels Elite Box at the AccorHotels Arena:
  This prestigious private area lets you fully immerse in a "live" experience, with a panoramic view of the stage.
  Book two tickets to attend the show of your choice and enjoy a refined cocktail service.
  Bookings with your Le Club AccorHotels points only.

Use them with our partners and:

• Use or transfer your Rewards points to a wide selection of partner loyalty programmes e.g. Avios
• Make a donation to an association (Pure project or Solidarity AccorHotels)

NB: Your Rewards points cannot be used in our independent partner hotels either when booking or during your stay.
