Room service never replaced glasses to my room Overhead shower is way too close to wall - couldn't use it at all. 4 elevetors were broken one or two were broken whole week (even when they tried to fix them people got stuck in elevators). Terrible smell at ground floor one day - something smelled like toilet the whole day in main lobby. Charching 20PLN/hr if wanted to check in before 15 Never heard about this kind of policy in 4star hotel! Breakfast was nice. Staff at breakfast area didn't fill up coffee machines etc. so people had to wait a long time to get coffee.

Hotel has very convenient location - close to the old town and railway station, which is good for one day trips in the region. Rooms are clean, breakfast tasty - recommend this hotel.

Our stay was very good. The room was always cleaned well, the staff were very friendly and were always happy to accommodate, we managed to get checked in an hour early. The room was a nice size and the view we had was fantastic. The room was a bit too hot even with the window and air con on max though even in April. Otherwise, could not fault the hotel and service that we received
