My second stay at this hotel and it represents superb value and great location, right next door to Paddington Station. The room was more than comfortable - huge for London really. The hotel gives thoughtful little touches such as complimentary chocolates and drinks in the room. Overall excellent value and stay. The only negative was this was an internal room, so no outside window (just an inner light well). For me this is quite disconcerting.

It was worse to stay in room which is smaller than average washroom, i paid them full and saw on net before booking. I also gave them instructions too but they gave me room which is lie store with no viee and bed like dormatory, i trusted brabd mercure and today my trust in brand goes for ever. I requested manager and front office guy too but no help. I even can breathe properly in room. Dont trust and dont stay without looking room. Room No 208 please view chart.

This hotel locates next to Paddington station which is easily to get a train to Heathrow airport. Surrounding area has many restaurants.
