Small room, rather dated. Average breakfast, bad organised, breakfast room (bistro) looks like in the hostel, no vegetables etc. No answers for my e-mails before arrival (requesting early check-in - I have gold status). Friendly staff at the reception desk, clean room, well located. I visited many Mercure hotels, this doesn’t fit the standard what I experienced before.

No room service. Very small room with no desk. My romm was just above a pub so very noisy

Room was meant to be a standard double at a four star but it was almost a box room with barely any room to move - way below standard of a four star

Would stay again at the Mercure - well priced and well located. However, my room (#304) had a whistling window due to high winds that kept me up all night (could have been the jetlag, too, but by day 3 I blamed the window!)

Very friendly and efficient staff. We were able to check in early which was a bonus. Prebooking breakfast turned out to a great idea and saved us money. The food was lovely with a good variety of options. Out room was quite Small but had everything we needed.
