Lovely hotel away from Central Amsterdam. Easy access to the train, quiet and convenient. My experience with the front desk was great! They helped me book a windmill tour and helped me choose the right one for me. Very accommodating. The room was wonderful and comfortable. I felt safe traveling solo - they have a few extra security measures which I appreciated. Modern and quite nice after staying in a cramped room in London!

We have chosen the hotel based on references. It meets totally the expectations. The hotel is very well located, just next to the Metro station. However you cannot face any noise. The breakfast was super - a lot of selection. The services were very good as well. If there is one tiny thing for the improvement, I was missing the small cosmetic kit in the bathroom. Otherwise nothing to object, I would highly recommend the hotel.

Good 1. Nice location, as its very near to Noord Metro station, rooms are very clean, most of it is automated and secure as everything is linked to your key card. 2. You can checkout until 12pm. 3. As the metro station is just few steps away from the hotel, you can get to Amsterdam Central in 5 minutes in the metro, which is a very good plus to the hotel. 4. On the top floors you get to view all the roads, which is good as to view something out of your windows. Bads- my view 1. No phone in the room, though you can contact the reception through a QR code, which is good but still I prefer a phone. 2. I did not find some essentials like dental kit, shower cap, q tips which most of them give. I guess you can ask for them using the app again(which I don’t prefer much, again my opinion) Other than that, I found everything else very good.
