Lo staff è stato cordiale e amichevole. La stanza era pulita, comoda e impeccabile. Siamo stati davvero soddisfatti, soprattutto della colazione con un ampia scelta di cibo e bevande. Ottimo Hotel super consigliato!!!

It is a great pleasure for us to read that you had a great time with us and that you enjoyed your stay. Furthermore, we thank you for your comment about the renovation needs of our hotel. The Panorama Hotel Mercure Freiburg was built at the beginning of the seventies in its multi-storey elongated way. Over the years, the hotel has been continually modernized and renovated. In 2013, the last "major renovation" took place in several parts of the house. In 2016, the swimming pool area was redesigned and equipped with the most modern swimming pool technology. In 2018 the topic of "fire protection" was implemented according to the latest standards for the best possible safety of our friends of the house. Further measures are being planned. Ottima posizione dell'hotel da cui si vede tutta la città, al nostro arrivo si percepiva camera abbastanza fredda con piumino leggero sul letto e necessità di un secondo piumino immediatamente fornito dalla receptionist. La sera seguente, al rientro circa le 20.30 dopo essere usciti intorno le 9.30, la porta-finestra della camera aveva apertura vasistas e avendo piovuto e/o nevicato durante tutta la giornata e la temperatura esterna mai superato i 2°, la camera stessa era gelida.

This price includes all hot and cold food and drinks presented on the buffet. Coffee specialties are served directly at the table; they are also included in the price, yet. Mi sono sempre trovato bene e torno volentieri in questa struttura. Ottimo panorama, ottimo ristorante, piacevole la zona wellness anche se questa volta la sauna a 70 gradi era spenta. Come ho già avuto modo di segnalare trovo strano che in un hotel 4 stelle non ci sia in camera il bollitore dell'acqua con caffè e the.

You have the option to borrow a kettle at the reception for your whole stay against a deposit. L’hotel si trova in una bellissima posizione, molto comoda per le passeggiate nella foresta e a pochi passi dal centro della città. Inoltre la SPA e la piscina dell’hotel, con annesso panorama sulla città’ e sul bosco, regalano momenti di relax impagabili. La colazione, anche se non proprio economica, vale comunque il suo prezzo e forse anche qualcosa in più.
