Only 10 years ago, bread was baked here. Today, the bread has been replaced with works of art. Ankerbrotfabrik, a former industrial bakery that has been transformed into a museum, which encompasses a studio, gallery and exhibition spaces. But vestiges of the past remain. Such as the old bread oven, now covered in graffiti, and serving as the mount for sculptures. Call it recycled art.
