The imposing Place du 2 Février around the main entrance of the PMC (Pôle Média-Culture Edmond Gerrer) building has been restored and revisited in a strikingly modern way. Great circular arcs of grey metal, clothed in a green carpet of ever-growing foliage, now frame the square. In May 2017, a large swing was suspended from the structure so that the former Miss France, Laetitia Bléger, could swing on it. Her performance has been immortalised in a promotional clip that won second prize in the category of best audiovisual production in the 2017 Trophées de la Communication (Communication Awards) in Cannes.
