Have you always wanted to see the inside of a prison? But had no intention of staying? The easiest solution—and the least troublesome—is to take a walk over to Quay Entrecasteaux. That is where you can find French Maritime search and rescue and the Yacht Club of Nice. What’s the relationship? Well, it is in this odd-looking house with the orange-y walls and a massive wood door that the region’s prisoners were housed until 1852.
