The aquarium is not the only favourite place of children who visit Lantern city.
On the inside of the ancient Port area designed by Renzo Piano, there is a city for Genova’s Children and Youths, a realm dedicated to children aged from 2 to 12 years.
Each of its 3000 m2 is designed for children to have fun and learn, they are invited to play, touch, observe and experiment.
Amongst the various multi-media and interactive areas, you can dip into the sea to discover the navigation code, thus breathing in the area's secrets; you can enter into a studio and conduct a news broadcast and get to know the rules of communication, you can build a wall or take part in scientific experiments.
Parents can only enter if accompanied by a child.
