The Camera di San Paolo or the Camera della Badessa (the Room of the Abbess), a jewel frescoed by the painter Correggio inside the Convent of Saint Paul, is not for sale. Gazing at the optical illusion of the flowered roof and in the secret, but real, garden of the convent, it is impossible not to fantasize about spending a night inside the room once hosting Giovanna “Diana” da Piacenza.
