“Sant'Eustachio Il Caffè” is an ancient wood-fire coffee roasting plant established in 1938 in an 1800s premise already named “Caffè e Latte” in Piazza Sant’Eustachio, a few steps away from Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The shop has never abandoned tradition and the search for pristine blends, and offers products based upon a secret recipe that made history. The original roasting plant is still active today.
