What’s left of the big tobacco factory of Rovereto is the Bar Manifattura.
The historic space, born as the bar attached to the corporate canteen, tells the stories of lady workers involved in cigar packaging and in the tobacco plantations. Despite the factory shut down, the people and the environment are at the center of a very much alive regeneration project related to the former Manifattura Tabacchi (tobacco factory): a hub for businesses and services related to sustainability and innovation.
What is certain is that the Bar will keep witnessing the changes.
