The Redeemer's Crypt is a tiny church, developed in a space the size of a room and completely dug out of rock tuff.
There are twelve steps to get 5 metres into the ground through the only viable entry - an ancient well.
On the inside there is a circular space with frescoes from the XII century of Christ Pantocrator between Saint John and the Virgin and other depictions of Saints embracing the visitor, reminding of the place many years ago where the first Christian cult was celebrated.
