Do you have nerves of steel and love thrills? If so, then Gdansk is the place to be. When visiting head over to an abandoned villa on top of Sobotka Hill (Wrzeszcz) aka the “devil's hill”. The old legend says that Sobotka Hill was a place where witches met with demons for forbidden rituals on a huge rock which is still here today. More than likely, due to its dark aura, the villa was occupied by Masons organizing so-called Lodge of Three Halls meetings in the 19th century. The villa remains empty and you can only access it through a gap in a fence. Local citizens claim that it’s been taken by phantoms who haunt its visitors. Some people say that you can see odd flashing lights through the windows at night. Ghosts or explorers seeking adventures...?
