A VERY DAIRY CAFÉ

A VERY DAIRY CAFÉ

Inverness

Daviot

Run by a fourth-generation farming family, The Dairy at Daviot has a sunny café serving homemade, locally sourced foods from 10am to 4pm daily. On the menu are delights such as Cullen Skink soup (a traditional Scottish recipe made with smoked haddock), Connage cheese soufflé and spring rolls made with Loch Eribol crab and prawn. End your meal with a scoop of gelato-style ice cream crafted on the premises by Black Isle Dairy. And afterwards? Take a stroll around the private estate. You can visit the dairy’s Holstein and Jersey herds, or take in spectacular views of the Scottish Highlands.
