Millennium Bridge is an elegant steel suspension footbridge spanning the Thames between the Tate Modern and St. Paul’s Cathedral. Arched Southwark Bridge was opened in 1921, replacing an earlier structure designed by John Rennie. After the 1970s London Bridge, you’ll pass another 'bridge' - a.k.a the command platform of HMS Belfast, a WWII warship and museum. And finally, London’s most recognisable Thames crossing, the Victorian Tower Bridge. Here, you can climb the turrets for superb city views.
