Was een fijn hotel, alleen bij inchecken leek de medewerker niet heel vrolijk. Ook hadden we problemen met de douche. Zou naar gekeken worden maar was niet gebeurd.

De hotel was tijdens onze overnachting bij het jaarwisseling in verbouwing helaas. De prijs die we hebben betaald was logischerwijs hoger dan normaal. Dat is prima, maar helaas door verbouwing hebben we niet het idee dat deze een 4 sterren hotel is. Min punten - shampoo, douche gel, handgel waren niet gevuld, ook na het melden via applicatie. - geen welkomst fles water, minibar was leeg. - helaas was onze kamer direct naast de lift gelegen.

I have shared your comments to our Housekeeping Manager to work on it in order to avoid such re-occurrences in the future. Rest assured that we will take the appropriate measures. Indeed, all our rooms have a minibar. To help the environment, it is turned off until the next guest wants to use it. Also, the minibar is empty, and at the disposal of our guests to fill it with their favourite drinks during their stay. There is a supermarket just 2 minutes from the hotel, which is really convenient. We truly hope you will give us the chance to prove that we are indeed good hosts and we would be more than delighted to welcome you again in the near future. Van te voren niet gemeld dat hotel gerenoveerd wordt. Lobby niet beschikbaar, overlast bouwvakkers. Geen sfeer en gezelligheid. Je komt aan in een bouwval en betaalt prijs voor 4 sterren hotel.
