Check in on late time and Lucia understood that we were tired, so she's been very sweet to walk us to the room. The landscape of the hotel is stunning. Our room overlooking to the swimming pool, but no time for swimming hhh. The room is very clean, the bed was cool and shower room are perfect with very easy adjust the water temperature, no free water bottle, so i must purchase from the restaurant. The breakfast is perfect with many variety of fruit, yogurt, pastry, snacks and drinks and i love the omelet that i order from the kitchen. When we don't have cash for taxi, receptionist help us to paid with 10% interest, which is fair. Parking area is huge in the middle of the rainforest All staff are very friendly and helpful, lobby is gorgeous too Overall is our perfect stay in Iguazu Cataratas and I highly suggest to all type of traveler to check in here.

We were booked in here at short notice when our travel plans went astray. This hotel is not fancy, but it is more than decent. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was a decent size, clean and had a very comfortable large bed. We had a pool view, the pool was never very busy, and we didn’t hear any noise. The bar and restaurant are up a few steps from reception. They have a chair lift for the steps, which as a wheelchair user, was very helpful to me. No complaints whatsoever about the food, we ate breakfast and dinner here on both days/nights. The menu is quite extensive and everything we had was nicely cooked and tasty. Would recommend.

This hotel is beautiful and just a nice size. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious with excellent balconies if you wish to use them. The pool is beautiful and not busy, There’s a pool bar which makes nice cocktails , good service with a nice smile.. The food in the dining room is of a very good standard and the staff are friendly. Try the Pacu of the grill, it is beautiful and different for most tourists. The best of all was the welcome, we were here early and left our cases with the delightful Vanessa. She has patience and goes above and beyond her duties. A brilliant stay

Nice room with comftable furnishings. Good shower. Set in tranquil setting but fairly remote so nowhere you could walk to. Taxi to town easily used however. Delicious local gin Disappointed in food choice at breakfast and dinner was not the best but that's personal choice. Very disappointed that there was no complimentary water in room when unable to use tap water and only water in mini bar was sparkling

A lovely hotel in very peaceful surroundings. All very spaciouus and light, rooms were clean and a decent size. The restaurant was good, plenty of choice at breakfast. Dinner was good, service a bit slow but plenty of choice and really nice food. Lovely pool area.
