What are the different Le Club AccorHotels programme statuses and how do I access them?

Le Club AccorHotels offers 4 statuses allocated according to the number of nights spent or the number of Status points earned over a calendar year (from January to December):

Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Your status changes when you fulfill the status conditions described below:

Status Number of nights per calendar year spent in a participating AccorHotels hotel or Number of Status points earned
Classic Upon joining the Le Club AccorHotels programme   No minimum
Silver 10 nights or 2,000 Status points
Gold 30 nights or 7,000 Status points
Platinum 60 nights or 14,000 Status points

When you are upgraded to Silver, Gold or Platinum "Elite" status level during a year, your status is valid until 31 December of the year after they were obtained.

When your status expires, your new status is calculated based on the number of nights or the number of Status points earned on your account over the last calendar year (from January to December):

  • If you again fulfil the status conditions, it will be retained until the following 31 December.
  • If you no longer fulfil these conditions, you will be awarded the status level directly below the one you previously had.

The card corresponding to your new status will appear automatically on your account and on the AccorHotels mobile application if you have downloaded it.
