Who does not like shopping? And shopping like we know it today, came to Belgrade in 1907, when the first ‘mall’ was opened. It was housed in a custom built house that was created in the fin de siècle style that just arrived from Vienna to Belgrade and was often dubbed the iron house, because the complete front is in metal and glass. The beauty of the façade is captivating and even though you cannot shop there anymore, you can relax in the newly opened coffee shop and enjoy yourself after shopping in the surrounding streets.
