Award-winning The Beatles Story is the world’s largest permanent exhibition purely devoted to the lives, times, culture and music of Liverpool’s most famous rock band. Replicas of the Casbah, The Cavern, and Abbey Road Studios authentically capture the ambiance of the early 60s and the Fab Four’s meteoric rise to fame and fortune. Memorabilia on display include John Lennon’s round glasses and George Harrison’s first guitar. While not one of Liverpool’s many free museums, the visit is definitely worth the entrance fee.
